Acceptance of Terms

By booking an appointment, using our services, or submitting an enquiry through our website, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Our Services

Bedlington MOT and Service Centre provides motor vehicle repair, servicing, and MOT testing from our premises at 70 Glebe Rd, Bedlington, NE22 6JU. All work is carried out by qualified technicians using appropriate tools and parts.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

  • Online booking requests are not confirmed until we contact you to agree a date and time.
  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours' notice by phone.
  • Repeated no-shows without notice may result in a requirement to pay a deposit for future bookings.

Quotes & Pricing

  • We provide a written or verbal quote before carrying out any repair work. Work will not commence without your agreement.
  • If additional work is discovered during an inspection or repair, we will contact you to discuss and agree the scope before proceeding.
  • MOT testing is charged at or below the DVSA maximum fee of £54.85.
  • Price estimates on our website are guide prices only and are not binding quotes.

Payment

Liability & Warranties
